Want to pop into Banff while you’re staying at the Rimrock? Then take the Banff Roam Transit bus. The bus, which makes hourly trips to the hotel (check with the front desk for an exact schedule), is free for Rimrock guests, just show the driver your room key.
The bus is also a great way to get to the ceremony, especially since parking is limited around the church. To use the bus to get to the church, catch the 1:15 pm bus and ask the driver to tell you know when she gets to the Information Centre (stop #17). Get off here and then walk straight ahead to St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church, located at the corner of Wolf St and Banff Ave.
To get back to the hotel, catch the 3 pm bus in front of the Canadian Rock & Gem Store, located across from the Information Centre, and check with the driver that the bus is taking the Sulphur Mountain Route, since this is the route that goes to the Rimrock.
